Virtual Services Extended Until 02/07/22
By Darcee Kilsdonk; CCCC Executive Director |
After reviewing the latest data on the Omicron Variant and COVID cases in Clackamas County and the state of Oregon, we have decided to extend virtual services through the 4th of February, with a new re-open date of February 7th.
There were several factors that went into this decision, including:
- Availability of testing to increase in the next two weeks
- Expected surge of the virus to be next week
- Availability of KN95 masks
- Continued burden on our healthcare partners and our responsibility to the community
As always, the health and safety of the children and families we serve is our number one priority. Our health team is busy revising protocols, policies, and procedures to reflect the newest CDC guidance and will continue to keep families informed of any changes as the situation develops.
